Recently it has been requested that I remove certain content from this website and that I seek Executive Board approval prior to adding any content to the website. I would first like to say that the offending content has been removed and will not be put back up. Secondly, I would like to say that in no way, shape or form is this website a creation or possession of the American Legion, Post 1205 or its members. This website is my creation. I took it upon myself to give the post a presence on the web and this website is the result. This website, its content, and everything associated with this website belong to me. This website will not be subject to prior board approval for the addition of content, the internet is a fluid medium and this website is an ever changing work in progress. I created this website in the fashion that I did to avoid the cookie-cutter nature of all the other post websites out there today. This is easily one of the most unique American Legion post websites on the internet today.
I understand that the post has an interest in what is posted on this website therefore I will concede that any material deemed objectionable by the executive board by a properly held vote, will be removed. However, I reserve the right to add or delete content and alter existing content in any way that I see fit and at anytime to completely shut down this website and use the web address and domain name in any way that I see fit as I am the registered owner thereof.
